F. Navarro

Navarro is the Chief Operations Officer and Chief Finance Office of JCAT, bringing over 20 years of executive management experience. He holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a Law degree from Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo. With certifications in electrotechnics and strategic supply chain planning from Georgia Tech, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership. Previously President of CPM, now merged with JCAT, he also serves as a Business Coach and Entrepreneurial Mentor with The Alternative Board Group since 2020.
