Jim Davis is a business development professional with over 20 years of experience delivering consultative solutions in technology, engineering, and operations for the commercial real estate sector. His career spans work with institutional owners and global companies across commercial, industrial, hotels and manufacturing portfolios. Prior to JCAT, Jim held roles with Johnson Controls as Senior Account Executive, Sustainable Infrastructure for North America, and with United Technologies as Senior Enterprise Accounts Manager for the Americas. Jim holds a degree from the University of Georgia and has worked extensively across the U.S.
